Epigenetics in the reversal of ageing

Skin aging is the result of a decrease in the "quantity" or "quality" of skin stem cells, which means that stem cells tire and wear out with age and their activity decreases, so it is believed that increasing their activity helps to prevent as well as reverse skin aging.

Recently, many hyaluronic acid-based products in the field of aesthetics and nutrition promise miracles, knowing that the challenging feature of conventional HAs in the use of topically applied anti-ageing preparations is that their molecules are 3,000 nm in diameter, while the intercellular space is only 15 to 50 nm and only 6 to 10 nm in the hyaline membrane. This makes it impossible for conventionally produced HA to penetrate the deep layers of the dermis.

Dermyah-Nanoskin has managed to reduce the size of HA molecules without changing their constituent subunit structure to a nano size (10-30nm), allowing HA to cross the skin barrier deep into the dermal level, which means it can reach deep into the skin without the need for injection.

Cosmetics and epigenetic aging

Epigenetic cosmetics

Epigenetic discoveries are producing new modes of action in cosmetics, for example: influencing the formation of microRNAs to increase collagen or elastin production; stimulating receptors that are naturally present in the dermis; and activating the skin's innate youthful regenerative capacity.

Epigenetics thus attempts to explain the phenomenon of cellular ageing and reactions to oxidative stress. In addition to cellular ageing, environmental pollution, UV radiation and other stress factors alter the epigenetics of skin cells. Even when no stress factors remain, the cells continue to age.

Recent research in the field of epigenetics shows that skin ageing can be stopped, cells can be rejuvenated and DNA damage can be reversed.... This is inspiring the world of cosmetics and paving the way for the development of a new generation of anti-ageing cosmetic products!

Big luxury brands such as Capture Youth by Dior, Slow-Age by Vichy, or Généfique by Lancôme are already interested in the potential of epigenetics.... It's the same for emerging brands like Epigeneva in Switzerland, Casmara in Spain, and Hydropeptid in the USA.

Epigenetic discoveries are producing new modes of action in cosmetics, for example: influencing the formation of microRNAs to increase collagen or elastin production; stimulating receptors that are naturally present in the dermis; and activating the skin's innate youthful regenerative capacity.

These new possibilities are of great interest to cosmetics brands, but there are obstacles to overcome. Some relate to marketing discourse: brands must prove that a skin application has an effect on genes.

Phyto epigenetic trans dermal cream as potential neuroprotectors and anti-aging

for Alzheimer's disease (AD).

Epigenetic plants, which have potential neuroprotective properties for combination therapies for AD. Combination therapy with herbal stem cells increases efficacy by providing synergistic effects, tolerability and safety at lower doses, as well as providing additive effects aimed at reducing disease progression.

Phyto epigenetic trans dermal cream based on balancing oils for Alzheimer's (AD) can enable the brain to restore the neural synapse, facilitating the connection between them and completely renewing short and long term memory and all cognitive functions.

The powerful combination of epigenetic plants causes the brain to develop new neurons, regenerates the neural synapse and maintains the perfect functioning of memory.
